1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jikibet platform at jikibet.net (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "jikibet," "we," "us," or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and jikibet. 2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Accounts found to have been registered by individuals below the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. Any balance in such accounts — including deposits and winnings — will be forfeited and, where required by law, reported to the appropriate regulatory authorities.

3 Account Registration

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your jikibet wallet will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• There are no active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance.
• The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum threshold as specified in the cashier section of your account.

6.1 Processing Times

7 Bonuses & Promotions

8 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jikibet platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. jikibet will not accept claims of ignorance of game rules as grounds for a refund or dispute.

8.1 Random Number Generation

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jikibet platform — including but not limited to the jikibet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of jikibet or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express written permission of jikibet.

Any unauthorized use of jikibet's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requires account action
• Continued operation of the account would expose jikibet to legal, financial, or reputational risk

Players may voluntarily close their jikibet account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure is subject to resolution of any outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals, and identity verification obligations.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably through jikibet's customer support and complaints process shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Players waive any right to seek resolution in the courts of any other jurisdiction.

jikibet operates in compliance with the regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Where PAGCOR regulations conflict with or supplement these Terms, PAGCOR regulations shall take precedence.

16 Amendments
